Reports and documents can now be accessed directly through the portal, organized into structured folders, and downloaded as needed. Clients are notified whenever new files are added, enabling faster access to critical information.

All financial reports and performance analyses are now available directly within the Client Portal, supported by AI-generated insights. Instead of navigating complex financial terminology, founders can view key metrics, highlights, potential red flags, and emerging trends in a clear, easy-to-understand format. This enables faster decision-making while helping founders stay in control of their business finances with confidence.
Secure Document Management System
The upgraded portal includes a structured Document Management System where all important legal, financial, and compliance-related documents are securely stored in one place. Documents are organized into clearly defined folders, making them easy to access, share, and retrieve when required.
This centralized storage ensures proper record-keeping in line with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements, helping businesses remain compliant while eliminating the risk of lost or fragmented documentation.
Smarter Compliance Management
The compliance module automatically tracks key regulatory deadlines such as VAT filings, license renewals, and document expiries. Clients can also add custom compliance deadlines with flexible cycles, supported by automated reminders sent ahead of due dates. A built-in calendar view allows founders to monitor upcoming obligations without manual tracking.
Improved Communication and Support
A newly introduced Support Ticket System enables clients to raise requests, attach documents, track progress, and receive updates until resolution, ensuring greater accountability and transparency.
A built-in referral feature also allows clients to submit referrals directly through the platform for internal tracking.
Phased Rollout for Stability
To ensure a seamless experience, the upgraded Client Portal has been rolled out exclusively to existing clients in this phase, with all data securely preloaded. New client onboarding will follow after feedback from this rollout is incorporated.
