What are PRO services?
PRO stands for Public Relations Officer: the person who handles a company’s dealings with government departments. PRO services cover company formation, trade licences, visas, Emirates ID, labour permits, document attestation and other government transactions.
Do you handle company formation?
Yes. We support mainland and free zone company formation, branch setup, trade name and initial approvals, and the documents that go with them.
Do I still need a PRO once my company is set up?
Usually yes. Licences, visas, Emirates IDs and establishment cards all need renewing, and every new hire, leaver or company change needs its own paperwork.
In-house PRO or outsourced?
An in-house PRO is a full-time salary and visa. Outsourcing gives you a team that handles the work as it comes up, which suits most small and growing businesses.
Can you process employee and family visas?
Yes. Investor, employment, family and dependent visas, plus renewals, cancellations, medical tests and Emirates ID.
Can you renew my licence or amend my company details?

Do you attest and translate documents?
