Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Finanshels client and team applications (the "Services"), you ("User" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
- These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Finanshels ("we," "us," or "our").
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the Services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our policies.

Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.

Service Description
- Finanshels provides financial health management tools and services, including financial reporting, KPI tracking, tax and compliance calendars, and other related features. The Services are intended for business clients and their financial advisors or teams.
- Finanshels provides clients creation, monitoring, and managing and their accounts for the finanshels affiliated people.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any otherbreach of security.

- License: Finanshels grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
- Restrictions: You may not:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services.
- Reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.
- Permitted Use: You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Services:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Finanshels.com, a Finanshels.com employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by Finanshels.com, may harm Finanshels.com or users of the Services or expose them to liability.
User concent
- Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the Services ("User Content").
- License: By submitting User Content, you grant Finanshels a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with providing the Services.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Finanshels.com, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
- Limited License: These Terms of Use permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages ofthe Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution
Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finanshels.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
Third Party Services
The Services may integrate with or provide access to third-party services or websites. Finanshels is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services and encourages you to review their terms and privacy policies.
Fees and Payments
- Fees: Finanshels may charge fees for certain features or services. You agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Payment: You authorize Finanshels to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
- Refunds: Finanshels' refund policy will be communicated separately
Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
- Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Finanshels.
- Termination by Finanshels: Finanshels may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Finanshels and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE & India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of UAE and India.
Changes To These Terms
Finanshels may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
