As a Founding Member of Finanshels and currently Head of Operations – Finance & Compliance, I have had the privilege of growing alongside the company—from being its first employee to leading end-to-end operations supporting 6,000+ clients annually with a 25+ member team.
Over the past four years, I have built and scaled departments, designed operational frameworks, led digital transformation initiatives, and driven business growth through process excellence, automation, and strong execution. My career has evolved beyond finance into building scalable organizations that combine people, technology, and governance to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
I specialize in transforming complex operational challenges into structured, scalable systems that improve efficiency, accountability, profitability, and customer experience.
Before joining Finanshels, I worked with Britannia Industries, where I gained hands-on experience in GST compliance, indirect taxation, ERP process optimization, and working capital management within one of India's leading FMCG organizations.
I hold the US CMA (Certified Management Accountant) designation, along with an MBA in International Business and a BBA in Finance, combining financial expertise with operational leadership and strategic execution.
