Jaydeep Khamkar is a Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience in corporate accounting, controllership, revenue management, financial operations, and strategic finance. He currently leads the Medium Enterprise vertical and the Fractional CFO vertical at Finanshels, supporting startups and growing businesses in building scalable finance functions, improving financial visibility, optimizing processes and enabling data-driven decisions.
Jaydeep specializes in helping startups and emerging companies establish strong financial foundations through expert controllership, financial reporting, cash-flow management, forecasting, KPI tracking, and strategic finance support. His experience includes working with technology-driven companies and high-growth businesses, helping them streamline accounting operations, implement scalable processes, and navigate growth challenges.
Prior to Finanshels, Jaydeep worked with global organizations including Zeni Inc., an AI-driven fintech company, where he supported finance operations, managed global accounting activities, led accounting teams, strengthened month-end close processes, supported revenue recognition under ASC 606, and contributed to building efficient finance workflows for a technology-led business.
He has also worked with Snowflake Inc., supporting complex revenue accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit requirements. His expertise combines technical accounting knowledge with practical business insights, helping founders and leadership teams make
informed financial decisions.
A Chartered Accountant from ICAI and an LL.B graduate from the University of Pune, Jaydeep is passionate about empowering startups and growing businesses with the financial clarity, systems, and strategic guidance needed for sustainable growth.
